or genetic information, some aspects of biometric information, etc. In rare circumstances and depending on the products and/or Services

What About Your Payment Data? WWC may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as
your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All

to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content
or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be

DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
In Short: When possible, if you choose to register or log in to WWC services using a social media account, we may

Whenever our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook
or Twitter logins) and you choose to do so, WWC will receive certain profile information about you from your social
media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name,
email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform. If
you log in using Facebook, WWC may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as your
friends, check-ins, and likes, and you may choose to grant or deny WWC access to each individual permission.
WWC will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Policy or that are
otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your Personal
Information by your third-party social media provider. WWC recommends that you review their privacy notice to understand
how they collect, use, and share your Personal Information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.
IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
In Short: WWC does not currently transfer, store, maintain, and process your Personal Information in countries other than the United
States of America; our servers are located in the United States of America.
Beginning in mid-2023, along with the entire Americans Restoring America family of Client Websites, Once We Were Colonists will be migrating
the Site, including databases and content, to newer, faster, reliable, ultra-secure, freedom-of-speech web hosting service provider in Iceland
where WWC maintains its new, private, Dedicated Servers.
The Icelandic service provider is one of the few companies using highly-sophisticated DDoS protection methods to mitigate possible attacks toward
our Site. Their system is designed to protect our Site against all types of service exhaustion attacks and they guarantee their capability to mitigate
attacks up to 250Gb/second. They have a mitigation team on duty around the clock to monitoring our Site.
Sunsequent to the 2023 migration, Once We Were Colonists will transfer, store, maintain, and process your Personal Information only in
Iceland, which is known for its outstanding laws of privacy in the web hosting industry.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: WWC keeps your Personal Iformation for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy
Policy unless otherwise required by law.
Once We Were Colonists will only keep your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill purposes set out in this Privacy
Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in
this Privacy Policy will require us keeping your Personal Information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of the user's account
or twelve (12) months past the start of the idle period of the User's account.
When WWC has no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize
such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then
WWC will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: WWC aims to protect your Personal Information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
Once We Were Colonists has implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the
security of any Personal Information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission
over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so WWC cannot promise or guarantee
that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or
modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, transmission of Personal Information to and from our
Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: WWC does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
Once We Were Colonists does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent
that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If
WWC learns that Personal Information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, WWC will
deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected

WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal
your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for
recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, WWC does not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any
other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in
the future, WWC will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your Personal Information.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted

the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. WWC will make sure the data is not
publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g., backups,

Will your information be shared with anyone else?
WWC may disclose your Personal Information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each

Verification process
Upon receiving your request, WWC will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have
the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you
have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can
match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or
email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
WWC will only use Personal Information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your
